We request all authorities and Media to please critically look and investigate the high profile corruption at Borivali,west.,Mumbai –Pin 400 092.
Now it is left to you to decide for the necessary action keeping in view common citizen demand given below ;
1) Sanctioning only 127 eligible structures in the Said SRA Scheme.
2) Shift the rehabilitation building to House for dishoused plots which are situated at Satyanagar and Punjabi Galli and are nearby Kastur Park.
3) Demolish all structures and make available full of 29777.30 Sq Mtr ( 3,18,403 Sq. Ft) Exclusively for College.
4) Investigate full dealings through an appropriate authorities like C.B.I. , Anti Corruption Bureau And Central Vigilance and take appropriate stringent action against responsible officers of The Authorities if fraud is proved.
5) Again if fraud is proved , Compensate from the Property of The officials and from the Properties of the concerned people including high profile corrupted politicians responsible for scam.
Our ultimate goal is to make Plot of 29,777.30 SQ. METERS ( 3,18,403 SQ. FT.) vacant for College but not Just Pea-Nut portion of the entire area.
This miracle would happen only ………..and only if you all co-operate and come forward by sending requisitions, notices, communications to SRA Authority And Municipal Commissioner to take necessary steps in accordance with Law and to
See College is constructed over the said Final Plot no. 179 at Kastur Park , Borivali, West . The Plot had been and is reserved exclusively for college only.
All the information is obtained under The Right To Information Act , 2005.
We request The Honorable Supreme Court of India, The Department of Justice , The President of India, Dr. Manmohan Singh ; Prime Minister of India , The Ministry of Law & Justice and our Media associates to please take Suo motu cognizance of case and initiate stringent action against offenders if found guilty. The Citizens claim is why we should approach court for such matters ? It is obligation on administration to look into matter and find solution. We citizens are paying various kinds of direct / indirect taxes , levies etc just like protection money to keep law and order in country. All Municipality offices, Police Departments and govt organizations are run effectively by …………. Public contributed taxes . We citizens are master not servant. If state and/or state government are not able to maintain law / order inspite of our contributions …….. then refund back total fund to us ( citizens). We shall appoint Advocates, Body-Guards ., Legal Experts to protect ourselves against corruption, harassment. The Public Money is being mis-utilized and/or mis-appropriated for other purpose.
One of our senior & Senior Citizen Lady( Aged about 64 years) Social Worker was attacked by Politician ally in the recent past. We also need police protection urgently and immediately. She had submitted grievance to The President of India , The National Human Rights Commission , The Maharashtra Human Rights Commission And National Commission for Women, New Delhi but to our surprise nothing has resulted. Thanks to wide - spread corruption favouring …………… Mafia, Criminals, Politicians, Police Force.
